Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up or unavoidable. I require a 24 hour notice for a cancellation to avoid a charge of 50% of your booked service(s) as a fee.
For all no call/no show appointments there will be a 100% charge for your scheduled appointment. Courtesy reminders are sent out 72 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% charge will be required to book your next appointment and will be applied to your service at the day and time of your appointment.
